Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for ZyraLab’s scope-based services. It is designed to be predictable and aligned with written deliverables.

1) Scope-based services

ZyraLab provides services that are typically scoped and delivered as written materials (e.g., issue logs, summaries, templates, and workflow playbooks). Before work begins, we confirm scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees in writing.

2) Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we begin work on the agreed scope, we will generally refund any prepaid amount, minus non-recoverable processing costs (if applicable) and any work already performed explicitly at your request (e.g., intake triage).

3) Cancellation after work starts

If you cancel after work has started, refunds (if any) depend on the portion of work already completed and delivered. Since deliverables are prepared as written outputs, value may be created early in the process (intake analysis, structure, versioning).

  • If partial deliverables have been delivered, refunds may be reduced accordingly.
  • If the work is substantially complete, refunds may not be available.
  • Where possible, we may offer a rescope or re-plan instead of cancellation.

4) Rescheduling

If your timeline changes, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be possible depending on workload and input readiness. If rescheduling requires re-planning or rework (e.g., changed scope or new document set), additional fees may apply.

5) Input readiness and delays

Some timelines depend on receiving complete input (documents and clarifications). If inputs are delayed, delivery timing may shift. If a project stalls for an extended period, we may close the scope and propose a new timeline when inputs resume.

6) Digital deliverables and exclusions

Deliverables are typically digital (documents, templates, written notes). Refunds are generally not available for deliverables that have been delivered and can be retained or used, except where required by mandatory law.

7) How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact us with:

  • Your name and contact email
  • The scope name or reference (if provided)
  • The reason for cancellation
  • Your preferred resolution (cancellation, reschedule, or rescope)

We may ask for confirmation to prevent unauthorized requests.

8) Disputes

If you disagree with a decision, contact us first so we can review the scope and deliverable status. If the issue is not resolved, disputes will be handled under the governing law and jurisdiction described in our Terms of Use, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
